Books Newkirk's Welcome Book provides newly enrolled members with the information they need to use their healthcare program as well as dynamically generated preventative health information based on age and gender. Designed to your organization’s own graphic specifications and content requirements, the Welcome Book makes a positive statement to new members about your plan and its capabilities. The Welcome Book incorporates multiple communications, previously produced and distributed independently, into a single dynamically generated, bound book. A typical book contains a welcome letter, personalized membership cards for the member and all family members, the plan contract, a member handbook, a provider directory, plus dynamic preventative health information based on age and gender.
