The Expanded SmartStatement®
The SmartStatement, now "expanded" to four pages, provides
concise motivation necessary to encourage

their assets. Each statement contains
a personal empowerment message designed
to move a participant along a pre-defined
pathway to a comfortable retirement.
The SmartStatement is available
in printed or electronic format directly
from Newkirk. The electronic version
of the SmartStatement
offers the added benefit of drill-down
detail, interactive education, and
links to fund fact sheets and prospectuses.
The SmartStatement can be produced and distributed by
Newkirk, or fed electronically to a production and distribution
facility of your choice for printing and mailing.

The SuperStatement
Newkirk originated the SuperStatement with the arrival
of 401(k). The SuperStatement provides extensive account
information, as well as two pages of full-color educational
material in this eight-page statement.
Standard extract utilities from major recordkeeping software
providers offer all necessary data to create the SuperStatement.

Flex Statement
Newkirk's Flex Statements give plan providers the opportunity to include detailed information participants may be interested in or are required for a provider to disclose. "Flex" means the statement is printed on individual 8.5"x 11" sheets which allows for unlimited real estate — i.e., the opportunity to include 80+ funds. Configurable options
at the plan-level also make this statement
an attractive option because it means total
flexibility — no more limitations!

available in an environmentaly friendly electronic format. Each offers low-cost, fast delivery,
and statement archiving.
Employer access to archived statements via the eWarehouse
allows the plan sponsor’s HR and payroll personnel to respond
promptly with cost-effective solutions to employee questions and
requests.
Newkirk supplies the Internet tools
participants need to sign up, and
also provides (and updates) the e-mail
address to which statement notices
are delivered. Participants may also
create their own user name and password.
